Folk Container & Ash Lid H15cm

Clear glass is lowered into a pre-mold lined with colored solid glass rods, fusing them together. The fused gather is encased in another layer of clear glass and mouth blown into a mold. This blowing process expands the striped gather, resulting in an organic form with a distinctive pattern. No two vessels will ever be the same ensuring each object is unique. The natural wooden lid is shaped from ash. The wood is sourced from sustainably managed European forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
