Everything that needs a lot of liquid for cooking fits into the casserole because its edge is particularly high, nothing spills out when roasting meat and it also takes in pasta, potatoes and vegetables without any problems. The casserole is a combination of pan and high casserole, the rim is higher than that of the pan, so hardly any fat splashes out when frying. At the same time, the rim is lower than that of the meat pot so that the liquid evaporates faster and you can easily turn the meat / vegetables. Made from easy-care and robust Cromargan®, all pots are equipped with a TransTherm® universal base and are therefore suitable for all types of stoves including induction.
