This large, tall ceramic cheese platter has an imposing pedestal, a fantastic centrepiece for any table. Each cheese is allowed to “breathe“ properly. The height of the ring and the magnificent material from which it is made allow the cheeses to reach the correct temperature and mature in the proper way. A few details of the ring: there is a fine retaining stand around the circumference and a shallow depression on the surface of the ring for strained cheeses, including, Feta, Fontainebleau and other “runny“ cheeses.
